How do we handle a file?
The circumstances of every file differ. We go through the stages of the process, the documents required and the routes available together, from the outset.
We begin by listening to you and reviewing the documents and correspondence you have. The aim is to establish the legal framework of the matter together. The meeting can be held at our office or online.
We assess the legal position and explain the routes available, the documents required and the stages that can be anticipated.
We make the necessary applications and conduct the proceedings, enforcement or mediation. We submit pleadings and evidence to the file.
We track hearing dates, notifications and time limits through UYAP and electronic service, and share developments in the file with you.
We assess the decision, the available appeal routes and, where applicable, the enforcement stage, and consider the next steps together.
