Solmaz Legal operates in the Kadıköy district of Istanbul. We provide advisory services and conduct litigation in commercial, employment, immigration, criminal, family, compensation, lease and inheritance law.
We assess every file together with its legal basis, its concrete circumstances and the practical steps involved, and we set out the available routes clearly.

Academic grounding
We carry out our work within the framework of current legislation, Court of Cassation case law and legal doctrine. We bring the systematic approach acquired at Marmara University Faculty of Law, together with master's-level work in Private Law, to the legal assessment of each file.
Comparative law
International perspective
We apply the comparative approach acquired through the contract law programme completed at Harvard University when assessing contractual relationships. We consider commercial contracts and disputes with a foreign element with international contract drafting practice in mind.
UYAP and electronic service
Digital conduct
We follow files through UYAP, electronic service and digital archiving tools. We monitor time limits and developments in the file and keep our clients informed on a regular basis; meetings are held in person or online.

We work from the centre of Kadıköy.
Our office is on Halitağa Caddesi, within walking distance of the Kadıköy Courthouse and of public transport. Registered with the Istanbul Bar Association, we serve clients throughout Türkiye; meetings are held at our office in person or online.
