Your personal data is obtained wholly or partly by automated means through your browser, or directly from the information you send us. What we process, why, and on what legal basis:

Visit statistics and third-party content do not start until you accept. Data is not used for purposes other than those above. We recommend not sending special-category data (for example health information) unless necessary.
Transfers. Your data may be transferred to the hosting, cloud and software service providers we use to host and run the site (data processors) and, where legislation requires, to authorised public bodies. These providers' servers may be in Türkiye or abroad; transfers abroad are made in accordance with article 9 of the Law.
Retention. Data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods set by relevant legislation; afterwards it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights (Law art. 11). By applying to the controller you may: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it is; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction under the conditions of art. 7; request that these steps be notified to third parties the data was transferred to; object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time.
Applying. Send your application in writing to the address above; if an e-mail or KEP address is given above, you may also apply there. It must contain: name, surname and (for written applications) signature; Turkish ID number (for foreigners nationality and passport/ID number); an address for notification; e-mail and telephone if any; the subject of the request. We conclude the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, free of charge; if the process involves an extra cost, the fee in the Board's tariff may be charged (Law art. 13). If your application is rejected, the answer is insufficient or none is given, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days of learning the answer and in any case within sixty days of applying (Law art. 14).
